Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped out same-day via TNT Express, if after 12:00 PM your package will be shipped next available business day, once picked up, depending on where you are located in Australia shipping can vary from 1-5 business days. Typically, if you are located in Western Australia or Queensland, please allow up to 4-5 business days, whereas if you are located in New South Wales or South Australia you can expect between 1-2 business days. As soon as your package is booked for collection both your phone and nominated email address will receive a notification and tracking number.
As expected international orders will take longer, however, using DHL Express from experience usually result in quick transit times to your door. Please allow anywhere from 5-15 business days depending on where you are in the world. We appreciate your patience whether you are an international or domestic customer!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on what you are purchasing and where you are located, each product has its own size and weight in which are associated with shipping costs generated by TNT Express. If shipping options are unavailable or you would simply like to use your own shipping solution please contact us directly at sales@vspecperformance.com.au and we'll be able to assist with your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, absolutely, we ship all of our international orders exclusively using DHL Express in addition all international orders are subject to our standard return policy. Though please be aware, V-Spec Performance is not responsible for any customs clearance charges. As above, all shipping charges are calculated using our online calculator which draws its variables from both TNT and DHL depending on if you are purchasing international or domestic.
Shipping restrictions
Unfortunately, V-Spec Performance does not offer shipping options to P.O Boxes.
Missing or lost packages
In the event of a missing or lost package, we recommend that you contact us allowing us to submit a query for further investigation. Before contacting us please allow up to 10 business days to allow ample time for delivery. All orders are insured for the value of the sale should unforeseen circumstances occur. In the case that your order does go missing a full refund or replacement will be issued.
